No supply chain, no skilled workers, no educational programs, no industrial policy, etc…

Stephen Bryen claims that Chinese routers had backdoors but USA had never been able to prove it. There are no scientific references. Just plain misinformation, similar to Iraq’s nuclear bombs claims which precipitate the Iraq invasion.
