When will prices change?
Your membership will automatically be charged and renewed each month or year at the promoted price of your package after the 14-day free trial period.
Special offers will be advertised on the site as and if offered.

What payment methods are available?
All packages require credit card payment and are automatically renewed with an opt out option at the end of any payment period.
Will my membership be automatically renewed?
All subscriptions are automatically renewed for our members’ convenience. Members have complete control over their membership and may email us to change or cancel at any time.

Can I change my membership package?
Asia Times offers monthly and yearly membership period packages. You can change the duration of their membership by contacting a Membership Service agent via email.
Cancellations
How can I cancel my membership?
You may change or cancel your membership at any time via the MyAccounts page under Membership on our site’s navigation bar. Cancellation will allow access until the end of current subscription and won’t charge you again. You may also contact our Membership Service via email.
Can I pause my membership?
You can pause your membership for up to six months by notifying Membership Service via email. We can restart any paused membership at any time.
How do I renew?
Memberships are automatically renewed. To check your membership status, please log in to your account and follow the instructions. For further information, please email a Membership Service agent.
Refunds
Are refunds available?
You may cancel at any time. Cancellations become effective at the end of your current billing period. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. Membership access and benefits will continue for the remainder of your billing period.
Previously registered Email Address
I would like to join as a member but receive an error message when entering my email address. Can you help?
If you would like to join using an already registered email address, please select the ‘Sign In’ option on the order page and follow the prompts to continue your purchase. An email will be sent to you upon successful payment. Should you need further assistance, please email Membership Service.
