The problems concern subscription #757680 which was ordered February 11 2024.

The payment via VISA was processed by my bank on February 13 2024.

I wrote you 23. February and 7. march 2024. I can see you also received these e-mails.

Apart from not receiving the GRRM-Newsletter, you also charged a year of premium membership, but I already had such a membership via subscription #715498.

Please make sure my issues are fixed, and the starting date of the GRRM-Newsletter subscription is reset to to the day of the you send the first newsletter.
